Salted Line Europe orders shipping update

Dear Salted Line friends,

Salted Line Europe team keeps shipping your orders while following the Dutch government regulations about COVID-19 quarantine precautions.

For all orders that include FREE standard registered shipping within Europe we ship your orders from our PL warehouse using the Poland Post regular shipping services which then go cross border to your local post services that work with Poland Post.

It came to our attention that there are possible delays in some countries where the local post services are restricted or banned during the local COVID-19 quarantine period. We advice our customers to check with your local postal services about their operations to make sure you are aware of the potential shipping delays, if any.

Also, there have been cases where parcel tracking is not fully updated when the parcel crossed the Dutch border and goes into the local operator systems. We ask you to be patient, all postal services are working with their own policies and procedures and we have no control over their tracking systems.

If you are ordering our underwater housings and accessories for an urgent event or travel arrangements, we strongly recommend to use the Express shipping option with extra charge, we operate with DHL Express for urgent deliveries and such shipping services are still going well without major delays. Please note, however, that there might be small delays in handing over your DHL Express parcel to courier since their schedules and being revised due to COVID-19 special arrangements.

We hope you all stay safe and travel safe, you can always let us know if you have questions or concerns over your order delivery timing and our team will come back to you with feedback and support as fast as possible.

Best regards,

Salted Line Europe support team
