Shipping Policy Update

We have updated our shipping policy. Please read the details below:

European union

Please mind potential impact of your local COVID-19 quarantine measures on the delivery timing. 

For small size orders below EUR 90.00 we will charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 7.00 plus VAT (EU only) *, it will also take 5 to 14 days***, depending on the destination. 

We use Poland Post services for standard registered shipping of all small orders.

The fastest order delivery can be arranged with UPS shipping option and it normally takes 1 to 4 working days*** to arrive within Europe. We charge a flat fee of EUR 25.00 plus VAT (EU only) *.

Please note that delivery of products to customers is considered as part of the product cost in the European regulations, therefore we have to charge VAT.
* European Union (EU) 28 Member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas)
