How to Buy Without VAT
If you are placing an order on behalf of a company registered in the European Union and would like to purchase without VAT (VAT exemption), please follow these steps:
- Provide us with your company’s valid EU VAT number and full company details (company name and registered address).
- Create an account on our website saltedlineeurope.com using your email address.
- Send an email to support@saltedlineeurope.com and include:
- The email address you used to register the account
- Your VAT number
- Company name and full registered address
- We will verify your VAT number and company information.
- Once verification is complete, we will enable VAT exemption on your account.
After that, VAT will no longer be added to your orders.
How to Create an Account
To enable VAT exemption, first create an account:
1. Go to saltedlineeurope.com and click on the Account icon (top right corner).
2. On the login page, choose "Email window". Enter your email address and click “Continue”
3. You will receive a 6-digit verification code to your email. Enter the code and click “Submit”.
4. After successful login, go to your Profile (top menu → Profile).
5. In the Addresses section, click “+ Add” and enter your personal and company details.
Once your account is created and you have added your company address, send us the email with the required information (see step 3 above).
