Salted Line Underwater Housings for Sony A1 Cameras

Built for the water and made for the Sony A1. Salted Line housings are hybrid housings for underwater and surf photography, rated to 40 m (130 ft) and tough enough to take big waves and rough shore breaks.

Every housing gives you full control of the camera, apart from the joystick and the drive and focus mode dials. Stainless steel latches with locking pins keep it sealed, a larger LCD window makes the screen easier to read, and 50% stiffer button springs give firm, precise feedback. A vacuum check port and a built-in leak sensor let you confirm the seal before you get in.

Buy the housing on its own, or as a kit with a port. Flat ports (4″, 6″ or 67 mm thread) suit prime and zoom lenses at the surface. Dome ports (V1, V2, V7 or V10, in 6″ or 8″) are for wide-angle work, in acrylic or optical glass, including shade-free Surf Edition domes for shooting in big waves. The 90 mm bayonet mount takes a wide range of flat and dome ports, and sync cable and dual fiber-optic ports are ready for strobes.
